These windows allow our cleaners sufficient travel time between jobs and ensure that all tasks are completed according to our specifications. When booking through our online portal, you will have the option to specify your preferred arrival window, and when contacting us by phone, we will discuss this arrangement with you.

In some cases, unforeseen circumstances may arise, causing a delay for our team. If we need to adjust your arrival window to the afternoon or reschedule your appointment for another day, one of our team members will personally contact you to discuss the situation and determine the best course of action to proceed with your clean.
