It's not always possible to provide an exact time of arrival, but we strive to maintain consistency in our cleaning schedule. Therefore, we have established two different arrival windows: morning arrival, which is between 9:30 am and 1:00 pm, and afternoon arrival, which is between 1:00 pm and 4:30 pm. These windows allow our cleaners sufficient travel time between jobs and ensure that all tasks are completed according to our specifications. When booking through our online portal, you will have the option to specify your preferred arrival window, and when contacting us by phone, we will discuss this arrangement with you.

In some cases, unforeseen circumstances may arise, causing a delay for our team. If we need to adjust your arrival window to the afternoon or reschedule your appointment for another day, one of our team members will personally contact you to discuss the situation and determine the best course of action to proceed with your clean.

- Fortnightly: Experience regular cleaning services every two weeks, and benefit from a delightful 7.5% discount on each visit.

- Daily: For those considering daily or multiple weekly cleanings, we typically don't recommend this option for the majority of our customers. However, if you specifically desire daily or frequent cleanings, we recommend scheduling a site survey with one of our managers. They will personally visit your property and discuss the most suitable solution tailored to meet your specific requirements.

We are more than happy to accommodate requests to clean the inside of your cabinets, cooker, and refrigerator. While our staff will make every effort to return items to their original positions, please understand that this may not always be feasible.
