Ayshe and her team were absolutely amazing, they did a wonderful job in my house and I hardly recognised it when I got home. I would definitely use them again and their rates are so reasonable. I would like to highlight what an amazing job they did in particular on the floors and in the bathrooms! This is for a rental and the last tenants didn’t get it well cleaned when they left, so it really needed it, and I was super impressed with what they did in the time they were there! Ayshe and her team did a stellar job at cleaning the property to the highest standard in preparation for an End of Tenancy review. There was excellent communication throughout the whole process, from booking to payment to the provision of the cleaning service. A really great experience again! Ayshe is very reliable and kind, and she coordinated an amazing deep clean of the entire flat, including the fridge and oven, and a very thorough descaling in the kitchen. Everything looks brand new, and everything was put back where it belongs afterwards. Clearly they were very conscientious, skilled and respectful and it was a really great job done! 1. Use our online booking system, here you will be able to specify the amount of rooms you want cleaning, the amount of bathrooms, any extras you may want to add to your clean, the date you’d like the clean to start on and how often you’d like the cleaning to take place.

Once you are happy with your summary you can checkout through our website too, then our cleaning managers will be notified and your clean will be added to our schedule. The online booking system is based on average house sizes, so in some cases extra charges may need to be added based on the size of your home or dirt build up, in this case a manager will discuss this with you on the cleaning date.

2. Give use a call at 01233 751 544, so we can book you into a site survey and have one of our managers will come to your property, discuss your needs and help identify the best solution to fit you.

3. Message us on WhatsApp, allowing you to take your time and provide us with your details at your convenience. Our online platform enables you to select a preferred time slot that suits your schedule best. Once your request is submitted, our managers will promptly receive the information and be prepared to visit or call you back on the chosen date.

Within One of Our Two Windows of Arrival

It’s not always possible to provide an exact time of arrival, but we strive to maintain consistency in our cleaning schedule. Therefore, we have established two different arrival windows: morning arrival, which is between 9:30 am and 1:00 pm, and afternoon arrival, which is between 1:00 pm and 4:30 pm. These windows allow our cleaners sufficient travel time between jobs and ensure that all tasks are completed according to our specifications. When booking through our online portal, you will have the option to specify your preferred arrival window, and when contacting us by phone, we will discuss this arrangement with you.

In some cases, unforeseen circumstances may arise, causing a delay for our team. If we need to adjust your arrival window to the afternoon or reschedule your appointment for another day, one of our team members will personally contact you to discuss the situation and determine the best course of action to proceed with your clean.

We Offer Four Frequency Options

– One Off: Whether you’re eager to give our services a try or need to spruce up your house before hosting family gatherings during the holidays, TEKA Cleaning has got you covered with our one off cleaning option.

– Weekly: If you’re seeking a regular professional cleaning service for your house, we have the perfect option for you. Enjoy the convenience of scheduled cleanings on a weekly basis, accompanied by a generous 15% discount on every visit.

– Fortnightly: Experience regular cleaning services every two weeks, and benefit from a delightful 7.5% discount on each visit.

– Daily: For those considering daily or multiple weekly cleanings, we typically don’t recommend this option for the majority of our customers. However, if you specifically desire daily or frequent cleanings, we recommend scheduling a site survey with one of our managers. They will personally visit your property and discuss the most suitable solution tailored to meet your specific requirements.

Indeed, There Are Specific Items That Fall Outside Our Cleaning Services.

TEKA Services is dedicated to ensuring your home is both comfortable and clean. However, there are certain tasks that fall outside the scope of our services. Please take note of the following activities we do not perform:
– Cleaning Toys
– Cleaning inside your fireplace
– Picking up scattered items
– Cleaning your iron
– Doing laundry
– Washing dishes
We are more than happy to accommodate requests to clean the inside of your cabinets, cooker, and refrigerator. While our staff will make every effort to return items to their original positions, please understand that this may not always be feasible.
